Delicious mini zucchini patties with cheese: nourishing, wholesome and insanely tasty

Baked in the oven mini zucchini patties with cheese can be safely attributed to the category of low-calorie diet meals. The recipe does not include flour, and vegetable oil will need only in order to lubricate the pan. Cook such burgers for long. They can serve as a separate dish or as an addition to the side dish. For appetizing juicy burgers with a delicate taste and spicy cheese crust there is a place at the festive table.

For cooking you will need:

  • 2 medium sized zucchini;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 80 g cheddar and parmesan (can be replaced by any hard cheese);
  • oregano or other spices;
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, add slightly beaten eggs and mix.

Add to the mix shabby cheese.

Add oregano, garlic and other spices. Optionally, you can add greens.

Salt, pepper and mix well.

Immediately begin to form small patties. If the zucchini is very juicy and has time to put the juice, drain the excess liquid.

For non-stick baking sheet no additional lubrication is required. Otherwise, put on the baking sheet a little vegetable oil so that the chops are not stuck.

We spread the formed patties on a baking sheet and send it to the oven heated to 200 C for 20 minutes.

Once the mini patties have cooled slightly, they can be served at the table.

Zucchini prepared in this way are good both hot and cold. They are perfectly combined with ketchup, sour cream, and other sauces.
