If you have a little time left and there is chicken breast in the fridge, it is easy to please the home or guests with an original chicken dish. Juicy and delicious meat dish with the resounding name "Surprise" to match the culinary masterpieces of chefs of elite restaurants. At the same time cook it is not difficult.
To "Surprise" was a success
The basis of the dish is chicken fillet. Since it is cooked in portions, the amount of other ingredients will depend on the presence of meat.
1 kg of chicken meat accounts for:
- 200 ml of milk;
- 5 medium potatoes;
- 2 onions;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 3 tbsp. sour cream;
- 2 tbsp. sunflower oil;
- 1 bunch of greens;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the chicken fillet into medium pieces, pour in milk, salt, pepper and send to the refrigerator for at least an hour.
While the meat is marinating, prepare the necessary number of molds of their foil, lubricate them with vegetable oil and, placing on the baking sheet, begin to fill.
The bottom layer consists of sliced potatoes. Then there is a thinly sliced onion, and on top chicken.
Now you should beat the eggs with sour cream and pour the contents of the molds. From above we lay out the tomatoes cut by thin circles. Next comes a layer of grated cheese with chopped garlic.
It remains to send a baking sheet with chicken in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 40 minutes.
